WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MUSICIAN DOESN’T SHOW UP?

We contact the artist the week before their show and speak to them directly to make sure everything is still on track, and then we follow up the day before the gig and speak to them personally. We have artists that will fill in for others who might get ill or can't make the function for whatever reason. The problem is ours to deal with and fix.

WHAT EVENTS CAN YOU PROVIDE MUSICIANS FOR?

We have a wide variety of professional artists. We can provide artists for small venues, pubs, weddings & parties and corporate functions. Some of the artists work with their own groups and also work on their own. We have groups that can perform to larger crowds and venues.

We cater for your budget and can suggest appropriate musicians for your function no matter how small or big.

CAN I SEE A BAND PLAY BEFORE BOOKING THEM?

Our artists work for a variety of private functions but also public ones, so if an artist you are interested in is performing at a public venue, we can arrange for you to go and watch them. Some artists would be willing to set up a private viewing for a small fee too. A number of our artists have video footage on this site for you to watch as well.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Our artists are booked well in advance and pride themselves with NEVER double booking a date. It's not fair to you if they cancel and not fair to them if you cancel. Please read cancelation policy.

Cancellation policy: from 2 weeks or more before a booked function, 10% fee is charged, usually the deposit. However if the function is cancelled within the 2 weeks prior to the show, the full fee is due.

The artist needs to prepare for your function, and therefore is too late to secure another gig.
